Our company is current recruiting a Japanese brand used Car Sales Manager with 5-7 years of local selling experience.
**Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the sales of used Japanese vehicles to individual and business customers.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

* Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

* Stay up-to-date on market trends ,sales target monthly and competitor activity.

**Requirements:**

* 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car market.

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

* Proven track record of success in sales.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with Japanese car brands.
