Loan Manager

  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits

  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

  • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information

  • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions

  • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services

  • Maintain and update clients records

  • Assess customer needs, explore all options for clients

  • Develop referral networks

  • Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the process

  • Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Accounts Manager

  • Australian resident, Speaking both English and Chinese preferred

  • Provide services relating to financial reporting, taxation, auditing , accounting information systems, budgeting, cost management, planning ;

  • Provide advice on associated compliance and performance requirements to ensure statutory and strategic governance.

  • Assisting in formulating budgetary and accounting policies

  • Preparing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies

  • Conducting financial investigations, preparing reports

  • Examining operating costs and organizations' income and expenditure

  • Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements

  • Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations

  • Liaising with financial institutions and brokers to establish funds management arrangements

  • Appraise cash flow

  • May understand property development funding and assist with the engagement of property development funders in proposed projects;

Real Estate Development Manager

  • A solid Development Manager remains responsible for the entire development process from inception to trading;

  • Managing, reviewing and co-ordinating all town planning related activities up to proclamation of the required development right;

  • Ensuring a seamless and detailed integration of the dedicated project manager function;

  • Assisting in the qualification of consultants used during the pre-design and pre-construction phases;

  • Managing, reviewing, facilitating and co-ordinating the project designs, costings, feasibilities and funding.

  • Requirements: * A proactive approach which the ability to manage many tasks and activities across a broad spectrum of project types and needs is essential;

  • Have a good technical understanding of construction / construction management and procurement activities;

  • Understand property development funding and assist with the engagement of property development funders (Debt & Equity) in proposed projects;

  • Have a good technical understanding of construction / construction management and procure.

  • Australian resident with10 Years Plus experience in property development management

  • Speaking both English an Chinese is preferred.
